I received my Real Estate Salespersons license over 30 years ago. I have been personally involved in practically every type of property sale that can occur. I believe in Real Estate as an investment and for 20 years have actively owned and managed my own Real Estate Portfolio consisting of a variety of properties.

I treat every transaction as if Im the person buying or selling their home. It doesn't matter how knowledgeable your Agent is, if it is not an enjoyable experience for you the client, then they have not succeeded.
